2 bammies ( cut 0ne bammy into 3-4 pieces, depending on the size)
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 green sweet pepper ( sliced)
1/2 red sweet pepper ( sliced
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Place saucepan over low-medium heat then pour water in it and add bammy pieces.
Add butter and fresh thyme leaves and continue to steam bammy
Add red and green sweet pepper, continue to steam for another five minutes, remove from heat and serve hot with fish or shrimps.
