Ingredients
4 cups watermelon, seeds  removed
The juice of 1 lime or 2tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup of granulated sugar or icing sugar

Method
Step1
Blend the white sugar into a blender until it becomes powdered

granulated sugar

Icing sugar is too sweet; therefore I use granulated sugar. I blend the white sugar into a blender until becomes powdered.

I purchase fresh fruits from the fruit vendors at the market.  Sliced fresh fruit is becoming increasingly popular in supermarkets in Jamaica. However, the sulphur that is often used to preserve the fruit and make it look appetizing can cause headaches, nausea and asthma. Researchers are seeking alternatives or so they “claimed”.
