8 young okras (not fully mature) Remove head and tips
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
Put a medium-size saucepan or Dutch pot on high heat with 1 cup water and salt. Cover pot and bring to a boil. Add the okras, cover pot and cook okras for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
