How to make turkey gravy

This homemade turkey gravy, made from scratch with cornstarch and drippings is low in calorie but very tasty and leaving guilt free!
Ingredients
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. water
4 cups turkey broth
Defatted pan juice
Salt and pepper
Method
- To defat pan juice; pour turkey juice into a measuring cup and refrigerate until fat solidifies. Remove top fat layer and discard.
- In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water
- In a large saucepan, over medium heat, bring turkey broth and pan juice to boil. Stir in cornstarch mixture and continue heating until gravy is thickened.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Make 4 cups.
