Hot dog rolls filled with tuna mixture (or canned salmon), then bake into the oven for 15-20 minutes is a simple recipe. Serve as hot entrees.
1 (7 oz..) canned tuna, crumbled with a fork
1 cup mild Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. green sweet pepper (bell pepper), finely chopped
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. hot pepper, minced
2 tbsp. green relish
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Hot dog buns
Preheat oven to 400 F or 205 C.
In a bowl, mix first 7 ingredients. Stuff each hot dog bun with the mixture. Wrap individually in aluminium foil.
Place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot or warm.
