Green seasoning is a blend of fresh green herbs that is used to season meat, put into stews, vegetable dishes, soups or whatever you wish to put it in. Its gives food a nice Caribbean flavour. Sweet peppers (bell peppers)
1 tsp. white vinegar
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pureed until mixture is of a thick pouring consistency.
Stir in 1 tsp. white vinegar
Store into a jar with an air-tight cover in the fridge for up to a month.
Tip: Use about 2 tbsp. of the green seasoning for every pound of meat
