Red peas soup with pig ’s tail Recipe

Curry shrimp recipe

pre-cooked shimp

I love seas food. Shrimp makes no differences. Shrimp is high in calcium, iodine and protein, but low in food energy. Listen to this carefully, a meal consisting of mainly shrimp is very high in cholesterol. It is considered healthy for the circulatory system because saturated fat is almost non-existed in shrimp. I would recommend small serving size for shrimp to be on the safe side.

Now for my recipe.

Ingredients

1 pack pre-cooked shrimp (optional)

1 onion, (sliced)

1 clove garlic, (crushed)

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. black pepper

1/2 hot pepper, (removed seeds)

2 teaspoon olive oil

2 tsp. Indian curry

Method

curry shrimp

Clean and and wash shrimp. Blend onion and garlic to a puree in blender. Put with shrimp, add salt, black pepper and hot pepper, distribute all seasonings evenly over the shrimp by using your cleaned hands . Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Hot sauce pan, add olive oil then add Indian curry, allow the curry to soak in the oil, then add shrimp, stir and cover for 3 minutes, stir again. Simmer slowly over low flames for about 10-15 minutes.
