1 stalk scallion

1 scotch bonnet pepper

1 small onion

4 tablespoon cooking oil

4 tablespoon Indian curry

2 pegs garlic

4 seeds pimento

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon all purpose season

Salt to taste


Sauté crushed garlic, scallion, onion and hot pepper in oil. Add Indian curry to sauté season and stir until curry is dissolved in oil.

Add crab fat to pot. Allow it to dissolve, then add crabs to pot. Stir then cover pot. You need to stir constantly while adding small amount of water. Cook for a couple of minute. Watch video

Drinking water and eating crabs usually leave a bitter in the mouth.
