Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup corn meal
2 tablespoons sugar (dark)
1 tablespoon baking powder
Dash of salt
1 firm ripe mango
Method
Blend mango with water, pour in a glass and set aside. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugar salt, and cornmeal. Use blended mango puree to knead flour into dough. Cover with a clean damp cloth and set aside for at least an hour. Roll dough into sausage-shaped dumplings and fry in hot oil until browned.
