Steamed Cabbage and bully beef
See ingredients (do not use carrot) how to steam the cabbage here.
Use one or half of bully beef (tin beef)
I only used half of the beef, because the cabbage is small and I want equal portion of both.
Add the beef to the steamed cabbage, Use a fork to scramble the beef.

Add two tablespoons ketchup (optional) Remove from heat and serve hot with rice.
