There are three different types of mint grown in Jamaica. These are the; mint, black mint, and pepper mint. Mint tea is noted to be very good to solve flatulence and nausea. Mint tea with fried dumplings is one of Jamaica's popular breakfast.
Piece of mint
1 cup boiling water
Sugar to sweeten (brown)
Wash mint then placed in a container and pours boiling water on it. Cover and set aside for five minutes. After five, minutes remove the mint from the container, strain and sweeten with sugar to taste. Pour into a tea mug and serve hot.
As I said before, it is very ideal with fried dumplings.
