Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

scrambled eggs

Keep stirring the eggs as they cook, to remove all trace of the white and to keep the mixture from browning.

Ingredients

6 eggs

2 tsp. tomato paste

1 tbsp. butter

1/4 cup red tomato, diced

1/4 cup green tomato, diced

salt and pepper

1/2 tsp. chopped basil

2 tsp. chili sauce

Method

In a bowl, beat eggs with chili sauce and tomato paste

In a skillet, melt butter and cook eggs over medium heat. Stir from time to time. Halfway through cooking process, add tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and basil
