How to cut beef strips
- Preferably choose a cut of beef containing little or no fatty marbling
- Cut a 1/2 inch (1cm) thick slice
- Cut this same slice into strips of equal thickness. For smaller strips, simply cut each strip in half
How to dice beef
- Cut a slice of beef 1 inch (2.5cm) thick
- Slice this piece into even –sized strips
- Cut the strips into cubes
