Devon House I-Scream is the best! This ice cream is made from mango puree
1 cup water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup mango puree
In a thick-bottom saucepan, whisk together water, salt and cornstarch then simmer for 2 minutes on moderate heat while whisking.
Stir in the mango puree and remove from heat. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacture’s instructions.
