I love cold mixed oats, it is one of my go-to anytime of the day. Oat is nutritious and is an excellent source of fibre.
1 cup Foska oats
Sweetened condensed milk to taste
A splash of vanilla (optional)
A dash of nutmeg (optional)
1 cup ice-water or normal water
Mix together all the ingredients in a small container. Drink immediately or put to chill.
