Try this orange chicken recipe at home
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. sesame oil, divided
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small bit-size pieces
1 tsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
Combine orange juice, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, orange peel, and garlic in a large glass bowl.
Add chicken, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Drain chicken; reserve marinade.
Heat remaining sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, stir fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is light brown
Combine cornstarch and reserve marinade; add to skillet and stir until thickened. Serve over cooked rice. Serve 6. .
