1/2 lb. crab meat

Salt and pepper to taste

Piece of onion, finely chopped

2 tsp. coconut oil

2 tsp. ketchup (optional)

Piece of hot pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup water

Put a small pot over medium heat, add the oil. Sauté the onion and hot pepper until translucent. Watch, how to clean and prepare blue claws crab for cooking

Add the crab meat, water, black pepper, salt and ketchup. Gently stir. Cover pot and simmer on low heat until water reduced to gravy. Remove from heat and serve.
