Peach sauce recipe
On my recent trip to Negril, I had peach sauce with ice cream and then with pork. Some other people had it with fish. The sauce tastes very good, so I had to share it with the world, even though it is not a Jamaican recipe. The chef used canned peaches combined with cottage cheese.

Ingredients
14 oz. (398 mL) canned peaches
Cottage cheese to taste
Method
- Drain peaches and keep syrup
- In a blender, puree peaches
- Add cottage cheese and reserved syrup and blend until smooth.
