1/2 cup grated chocolate
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
2 cinnamon leaves
Sugar to sweeten
1. In a small pot, add 1 cup of water and cinnamon leaves. Boil cinnamon leaves for 2 minutes on high heat then remove the leaves.
2. Add the grated chocolate, lower heat and stir. Boil chocolate for 10 minutes. Add coconut milk. Use a spoon to remove the fatty skin that is forms. Continue boiling chocolate another five minutes.
3. Sweeten hot chocolate with sugar. Strain hot chocolate using a sieve.
4. Enjoy your hot chocolate
