Mango smoothie recipe
Healthy mango smoothie with non-fat yogurt.
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, chopped
3/4 cup chilled skim milk
1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
pinch of salt
fresh mint sprigs
Method
Combine all ingredients except mint in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with mint
