Noni Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Healthy fruit smoothie recipe. Noni has traditionally been used to fight infections and this tropical fruit may indeed stimulate the immune system and help fight infections and disease-including cancer. The compounds in noni including its beneficial polysaccharides help activate the immune system's important B and T cells, white blood cells that help your body fight infection. Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/4 cup noni juice
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen peach slices
1 medium size banana
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Although it is not clear how much noni juice you need to consume to obtain health benefits, however, my doctor told me that drinking as little as 1 to 4 ounces of juice daily reduced the risk of cancer especially in heavy smokers. You can also add pure noni juice(about 2 tbsp.) or 4 tsp. of noni powder to your juices.
Noni juice quite pungent, therefore, it blends well with sweeter fruits like berries and bananas
