Sauté  baked ham is an excellent idea how you can use left-over ham. The recipe is simple and easy to prepare, and it is totally delicious. In my previous video, I shared with you how to bake ham without the glaze.

Ham slices, cut into small pieces

1 small ripe tomato, slice

1 hot pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)

2 tsp. vegetable oil

4 tbsp. water

1 tbsp. ketchup

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper


1. Cut ham slices into small pieces.

2. In a skillet or Dutch pot, sauté tomato, onion, hot pepper, and garlic on low heat until translucent

3. Add the ham pieces, and sprinkle on the black pepper. Stir fry the ham pieces for about 5 minutes

4. Add the water and ketchup. Cover and simmer on high medium/low heat until gravy thickens. Remove from heat. Best serve hot.
