Creamy mashed Irish  potatoes that melt in your mouth

3 large Irish potatoes
4 tsp. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup half-&-half
Pinch of all-purpose
Pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste

Wash and peel Irish potatoes

Cut the Irish into chunks

Place Irish into a big enough pot and cover with water. Add salt. Cook until fork tender on high heat.

Drain Irish, then return them to the pot. Mash Irish for about 4 minutes

Add butter, cream cheese, all purpose, black pepper and half & half. Stir to combine, and if the mixture needs more thinning, add more milk.

Serve immediately
