Imagine, Jamaica is being touted as the land of wood and water but there is no water; water crises are in Jamaica. In some sections of the island is worse than other. In my area, the water pressure is so low. I had to use a water pump to pump the water into tanks for storing

Effective May 24, persons found wasting water will be prosecuted, is the latest in a series of measures taken by the National Water Commission. The offences consist of watering gardens, lawns, grounds and farms. Refilling tanks, ponds are swimming pools for use other than normal domestic services. Persons found in violating can be fined, failure to pay that fined will attract imprisonment for up to thirty days. This also applies to persons who cause or give permission to others to break the law
