Bulley beef also called corned beef Corned beef is an easy recipe when you want to be in or out of the kitchen in a short time. Bully beef can be eaten straight from the can, or you can pair with macaroni or mixed vegetable.
1 large can corned beef
1 small tomato/sliced
1 small onion/ sliced
Few slices of hot pepper/sliced
1 clove garlic/ sliced
1 can mixed vegetables
2 tsp. vegetable oil -or the oil of your choice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ketchup
Remove corned beef from can
Put a skillet on low heat and add oil
Put the onion, garlic, hot pepper and tomato into the hot oil. Sauté for about a minute or until translucent
Use a fork to break up the corned beef then add it to the pot. Stir.Add mixed vegetables. Sprinkle on black pepper and add ketchup. Stir. Cover pot to simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and serve
