Fresh herb blend recipe
Use herb blend to season meat, poultry, fish, stews and soups
Ingredients
1 red sweet pepper (bell pepper)
3 cloves garlic
4 stalks scallion
3 hot peppers (deseeded, optional)
Piece of fresh thyme
Put ingredients into a food processor then pulse for a couple of seconds
Store herb blend into a glass jar; cover tightly. Store into the fridge for up to 1 week
