Ingredients
2 tin (canned) Jack mackerel (200g each)
1/2 onion sliced
hot pepper, sliced
1 glove garlic, sliced
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. ketchup (optional)
Method
Drain tomato sauce from canned mackerel (optional) and set aside
Sauté onion, garlic and hot pepper in hot over low heat until translucent
Add mackerel, use a fork to mash mackerel into pieces
Turn up heat to medium-high. sprinkle on black pepper, add ketchup, if using
Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. serve hot. Tin mackerel and string bean recipe (green beans)
