If you're looking for a delicious and healthy way to prepare fish, try baking it and serving it with a simple yet flavorful gravy. Baking fish is a great way to retain its moisture and nutrients, and it's also easy to do. Simply season the fish with your favourite  spices, and place it in the oven to bake. Ingredients

2 lbs. fish/scaled/gutted/water with lime juice and water solution/drain/pat dry

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. Old bay season

1 tsp. black pepper

Salt to taste

1 tsp. all purpose

2 tsp. vegetable oil

Method

Season fish with salt then brush each fish with vegetable oil. Combine all spices then use to season each fish. Put seasoned fish into a baking dish, cover and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Bake fish covered in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. In the meantime, make the gravy on a stove top.

Simple fish gravy recipe

Pour one cup water into a saucepan . Put saucepan over medium heat, Add slice sweet peppers (different colours), half of slice onion, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 stalk scallion, chopped, 1/2 hot pepper, chopped, 1/2 tsp. all purpose seasoning,  in the pot, cover pot and allow fresh herbs to cook for 5 minutes. Add ketchup and 1/2 bottle of Red Stripe Melon flavoured beer (optional), allow gravy to simmer until somewhat thickens. Turn off stove.

After 20 minutes, remove fish from oven, pour the gravy all over the fish then return uncovered  to oven to continue baking for another 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm with thick nice gravy
