How to make Jamaican cassava dough

Ingredients

1 medium to large size cassava

2 cups all purpose flour

1/8 tsp. salt

Water

Method

Wash and peel cassava. Cut into pieces, hand grater or use a food processor. I used a food processor. Put cassava pieces into a food processor and blend well. Scrape the cassava pulp into a container.

Put  pulp into a clean cloth and squeeze out the starch. Add the flour and salt to the cassava pulp, use water to make dough
