Woman's Partially Clothed Body Found Floating in Black River

Black river Jamaica

A decomposing body of a woman was found floating in the Black River in Barton, St. Elizabeth. This is so shocking and disturbing.

According to reports, it happened on Tuesday around 5 p.m. when some residents went to the river to wash clothes. Can you imagine, they stumbled upon the body while doing their laundry? I can't even imagine how traumatizing that must have been for them.

The body was partially clothed which makes it even more mysterious. It raises so many questions like, who was she? What happened to her? Was she sexually assaulted? Did she drown or was she murdered?

I feel so heartbroken for this woman and her family. Nobody deserves to end up like this. I hope the police will conduct a thorough investigation to bring justice for the victim and her loved ones.

It's just so sad that we live in a world where things like this still happen. I hope this incident will serve as a wake-up call for everyone to be more vigilant and to take the necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
