Jamaican brown stew beef
The video below shows the process of cooking brown stew beef using beef soup bones. The cook cleaned the beef and seasoned it with a variety of spices, including crushed pimento and grated ginger, as well as minced onion, scallion, thyme, garlic, and red sweet pepper. Food Browning was also added. The beef was cooked on medium heat, allowing it to generate its own juice and cook. Water was added as needed until the beef was cooked. The cook then added ketchup, although this is optional. The end result was a delicious looking stew beef
