Ingredients
- 2 oz Fresh Turmeric
- 1 oz Fresh Ginger
- 1 leaf Sinkle Bible (Aloe Vera) — approximately one small leaf’s worth of gel
- 1 cup Water (adjust based on the size of your ingredients)
Instructions
- Prep the Roots: Wash the turmeric and ginger thoroughly to remove any dirt. Cut them into small chunks (no need to peel if they are organic and well-cleaned).
- Extract the "Sinkle Bible": Slice the Aloe Vera leaf open and use a spoon to scrape out the clear, white gel. Discard the green skin.
- Blend: Place the turmeric, ginger, aloe gel, and water into a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely liquefied and well combined.
- Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a glass jar to remove the fibrous pulp.
- Store: Keep the liquid in a sealed glass bottle in a cool, dark place like a pantry or cupboard.
How to Use
- Dosage: Drink 1 shot (1 ounce) or 2 tablespoons daily.
- Timing: Can be taken first thing in the morning or right before bed.
- Routine: If it is your first time, you may take it daily for one week, then reduce to once a week or a few times a month as needed.
- Shelf Life: It is best used within 3 months, as the potency may decrease after that time.
